WORK WITH AN EXPERIENCED LEADER IN BREATHWORK & LIFE COACHING
I am Jasmine, a Certified Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator and Life Coach with over 600 hours of Breathwork Training. Certified in NLP and Time Line Therapy, I merge breath, body, and mind to guide you through your personal transformation. My own journey has been one of breaking through barriers, unlearning old patterns, and stepping into alignment with my truth. Breathwork and coaching were the catalysts for my own awakening, and now, I am here to walk alongside you as you step into yours.
Through The Bloom and my other offerings, I guide you through a journey of self-discovery, emotional release, and deep transformation. This is not just another coaching program—it’s a sacred space where breath meets intention, where old patterns dissolve, and where you step into the fullest, most authentic version of yourself.

Breathwork Practices You’ll Experience in This Journey:
Rebirthing Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork – often referred to as the Yin of breathwork – is a gentle yet profound practice rooted in the method developed by Leonard Orr. This intentional, nose-based breathing technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding the body into a state of deep rest, restoration, and repair. As the mind quiets, the body's innate ability to heal unfolds—physically, emotionally, and energetically—allowing for profound inner transformation.
Wild Love
A deeply embodied style of breathwork, this practice is typically done in a seated position, allowing for a grounded and intentional experience. Through breath, movement, and sound, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection with your body, learning to move energy with awareness and purpose. This practice invites you to embrace all aspects of yourself—including your shadow—creating space for self-acceptance, integration, and transformation.
